Mark Alexander current serves as Managing Director of Asset and Brokerage services for Coldwell Banker Commercial in their Salt Lake City office. In this capacity he shares in the responsibility for the management of a 100 broker office and an Asset Services management portfolio of nearly 3 million square feet. Prior to joining Coldwell Commercial in 2008 Mark served as President of Asset Services and Principal Broker for CB Richard Ellis in Utah and New Mexico.
Mr. Alexander has over 22 years of diversified commercial real estate experience in the areas of brokerage, leasing, development, property and asset management. Throughout the span of his career, he has held executive positions with both large regional and national brokerage/property/asset management firms including Coldwell Banker Commercial, CB Richard Ellis and Jones Lang LaSalle.
During Mr. Alexander’s experience with Jones Lange LaSalle he served as Senior Vice President, West Coast Marketing Director and earlier Northwest Regional Manager. As West Coast Marketing Director, Mr. Alexander was responsible for new business development for Facility Mangement Services to corporate level clients on the West Coast, including Hawaii. As Vice President and Regional Manager Northwest, Mr. Alexander was responsible for Bank of America’s Northwest portfolio consisting of 6 million square feet.
Mr. Alexander’s career highlights include the management and leasing of the 76 story Columbia Seafirst Center in Seattle consisting of over 1.4 million square feet, overseeing all administration, leasing and operations of property along with others in the portfolio.
