In an office of over 120 agents, which had $1.5 billion dollars in closed transactions in 2006, Michael stands out as one of Coldwell Banker’s most proficient professionals. For June 2007, Michael was the 6th highest producing agent of the month, 3rd highest producing agent in July and he is currently the 10th place 2007 Top Producer so far.

Some of his largest office projects include the Redwood Medical Plaza, West Jordan’s newest and most prestigious medical office plaza. Michael jumpstarted Redwood Medical Plaza by facilitating the sale of several condominiums to medical professionals such as: pediatricians, family practice doctors, orthodontists, and the anchor tenant pharmacy. He is also heavily involved in the Sandy City Centre project, a planned 500,000 sf Class A office development, 400,000 sf residential development, 100,000 sf retail space, a 4 story hotel and a theatre in the new down town of Sandy City.

Experience and Education Michael’s previous work experience was also in sales. He was the leading salesman at TurfPro, a lawn and tree care company. He also worked for Dish Network and The Living Scriptures Inc, where he increased corporate sales by $100,000.00 in his first two months of work. Prior to sales positions, Michael was a farmer of wheat, beets, and potatoes in Idaho, where he grew up. He also worked for two years as a volunteer with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Michael’s education comes from Brigham Young University and Brigham Young University-Idaho. Michael is a husband and father of two children.
