Patrick Bodnar began his commercial real estate career in 2000, experiencing in detail all facets of commercial real estate sales, leasing and development. Serving investors, landlords, tenants, and developers with a passion for identifying sound real estate investment oporunities, he has enhanced real estate portfolios locally and nationwide. Patrick's broad knowledge base and experience enhances his emphasis in multi-family and investment sales providing clients with a clear vision of the market place where they are invested.
He understands that expertise in contract negotiation, investment property valuation and real estate marketing must go hand-in-hand with establishing an agent-client relationship of trust, where the role of the agent is to aggressively seek the best interest of the client. His extensive knowledge of the local market allows him to provide sound business and financial insight for both local and national clients. He is established as a significant producer, having been awarded the "Circle of Distinction" each year at Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT.
Patrick has orchestrated multiple large commercial property investment transactions, has facilitated numerous tax deferred (1031) property exchanges, and has become quite knowledgeable in multiple ownership structures. With a vigilant work ethic, he accomplishes his client's goals, providing certain satisfaction.
He graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing and is a currently a CCIM designee.
