Heather Bogden is a licensed Real Estate Agent working in the Salt Lake City office of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT. Her areas of work encompass both retail and office leasing. Heather has experience doing tenant representation work for several tenants and has various listings throughout the Wasatch Front.
Heather had 16 years of service in the public school system. She has an Associates Degree in Science from Salt Lake Community College, a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Westminster College and has done graduate work at the University of Utah. She is also experienced in American Sign Language and has interpreted for deaf students in the public school system.
Heather is competent with the computer and understands the reporting systems that are critical to any landlord, developer, or tenant that she is working with. One of the crucial items in commercial real estate is organization and being able to work on several projects at the same time. Heather's experience as an educator in the public school system working on a daily basis with 30 children who all have 30 different issues, 30 different projects and 30 different problems that occur and being able to manage them each day is very much like managing 30 different projects for various landlords and developers.
With the tremendous support team that she has at Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, Heather is very capable of handling virtually any type of listing or tenant representation opportunity that is presented to her. As a member of the Next Generation Group of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Heather will be attending all of the up coming ICSC conventions, including the Mountain States Convention, the Monterey Convention, and the World Convention in Las Vegas. Heather is also on the planning and organizing committee for the ICSC Next Generation Utah meetings. In her quest for knowledge about commercial real estate, Heather plans to begin the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) program.
