Steve has over 35 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has been involved in all phases of real estate including retail tenant representation, retail development, office, commercial, industrial, retail leasing, and asset management.
Steve is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), was a State Officer, and served on the National ICSC Steering Committee. Steve was also President of the Utah Chapter of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), which represents the office, commercial and industrial real estate industry. Steve is a member of CoreNet Global & is on the advisory board of CCIM.
Steve is on the Board of the Economic Development Corporation of Utah and is active with the Governor's Office of Economic Development in Utah.
Coldwell Banker Commercial's Salt Lake City office is a member of Oncor International, a top five commercial real estate organization serving 235 markets on 6 continents. Steve is the coordinator with Oncor's many offices and the SLC office.
Steve is a licensed broker in Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado and Alaska. Steve is the Managing Director and Principal Broker for the Salt Lake City Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Office.

Tenant Representation - Representing retail tenants such as Best Buy, Target, Office Max, Sports Authority, GNC, Payless Shoe Source, Ross Dress For Less, Petco, Key Bank and many others Steve has an extensive background in this discipline. Steve has been involved with the development, management & leasing of more than 40 shopping centers, including 15 regional malls. Steve has also been involved with the development, leasing & management of industrial & office parks as well as office development in the Intermountain area. He has been involved with thousands of commercial real estate transactions throughout the country.
