Steve has over 30 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has been involved in all phases of real estate including retail tenant representation, retail development, office, commercial, industrial, and retail leasing.
Steve is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), was State Officer, and served on the national ICSC Steering Committee. Steve was also President of the Utah Chapter of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), which represents the office, commercial and industrial real estate industry.
Steve is also a member of Oncor International, a top five commercial real estate organization serving 235 markets on 6 continents. Steve is current the National Director of Business Development for Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT.
