Steve Bowler has been active in commercial real estate in Salt Lake City and surrounding markets for over 15 years. He has built his career upon providing expert in-depth market evaluations, demographic profiles, competition analyses, and site information essential to his clients decision making process. Developing a foundation of trust and a strong partnership with his clients is an integral part of his business philosophy.
In 1994 Steve graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance. In 1995 he was selected the Salt Lake Board of Realtors Rookie of the Year. He served on a Retail Advisory Board with NAI and Colliers and as the Utah State Retail Chairman for ICSC.
Steve markets numerous shopping centers through out Utah, Idaho, and Montana. In 2005 Steve was chosen to work with Avis and Budget Rental Car on a national expansion plan for off airport locations. He also handles site selection for several tenants in Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Southeast Washington and Alaska. These clients include Petco, Office Max, JC Penney, Hollywood Video, Fashion Bug, Lane Bryant, Olive Garden, FedEx Kinko's, Lone Star Steakhouse, Avis, Budget Rental Car, Baja Fresh, Suzie's Deals, Carl's Jr., Federated Department Stores, Red Lobster, Ruby Tuesday and T-Mobile. On the flip side, Steve also assists many large retailers including K-Mart, Fred Meyer, Office Depot and Hollywood Video dispose of excess space.
Steve currently resides in Draper, Utah with his wife Kristi and four children. He enjoys traveling, skiing, scuba diving and spending time with his family.
