Steve is the founder of BRG - The Bowler Robins Group that employs a team approach to commercial real estate. Steve Bowler has been active in commercial real estate in Salt Lake City and surrounding markets for over 18 years. He has built his career upon providing expert in-depth market evaluations, demographic profiles, competition analyses, and site information essential to his clients decision making process. Developing a foundation of trust and a strong partnership with his clients is an integral part of his business philosophy.

Steve markets numerous shopping centers through out Utah, Alaska, Idaho, and Montana. He also handles site selection for several tenants in Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Washington, Oregon, British Columbia and Alaska. These clients include Petco, JC Penney, Hollywood Video, Fashion Bug, Lane Bryant, Olive Garden, FedEx Kinko's, Lone Star Steakhouse, Avis, Budget Rental Car, Baja Fresh, Suzie's Deals, Carl's Jr., Red Lobster and Ruby Tuesday. On the flip side, Steve also assists many large retailers including SuperValu, Staples, K-Mart, Fred Meyer, Office Depot, Sonic and Hollywood Video dispose of excess space.

Steve currently resides in Draper, Utah with his wife Kristi and four children. He enjoys traveling, skiing, scuba diving and spending time with his family.
