After many years as a Commercial Real Estate Manager for the State of Utah, Lisë has returned to private brokerage with Coldwell Banker. While at the State, she was responsible for procurement of new space, as well as disposal of excess properties for five agencies – Department of Workforce Services, Tax Commission, Department of Administrative Services, Department of Health, and Department of Education. She worked throughout the State to locate new office, warehouse, and tower space. She was also responsible for lease renewals, requiring excellent negotiation abilities.
Prior to her work with the State, Lisë was a Sales Associate with Prime Commercial and Coldwell Banker Commercial. She has extensive experience in retail and office leasing, land acquisition, and entitlements.
Lisë is currently focused on leasing/sales of the following retail and office developments, including:
• CenterPointe at Riverton Crossing – Riverton, Utah – 21,500 SF Retail space
• The Landing Retail Center – West Valley, Utah – 16,000 SF Retail space

• Indigo Crossing – Buda, Texas – 65-acre Commercial development surrounding Cabela’s
• Mitchell, South Dakota – 32-acre retail development
• Helena, Montana – American Home Entertainment retail development
• Victor, Idaho – 20-acre retail development
