Lori Coburn began her career in the real estate industry in 2000. She started as an office manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. The office she worked for had over 100 agents. She assisted them with all of their real estate needs, and assisted the Broker in running an organized and exceptional real estate office. After a few years she earned her real estate license and worked in residential real estate, focusing on helping new homebuyers find there first home. She has now been with the team at Coldwell Banker Commerrcial NRT as Tim Simonsen’s assistant for three and a half years and has enjoyed starting her career in commercial real estate.
She is a hard worker and has the dedication and motivation to be very successfull. Lori has excellent customer service skills and is very accomplished in her follow through. She pays high attention to detail and quality. She always has the clients goals in mind. Working together with Tim Simonsen, she has focused with Tenant’s, Owner’s and Landlord’s in leasing and sales of all forms of Commercial Real Estate. She has represented Landlord’s and Tenant’s on leases with SuperCuts, CSK Auto, Hogi Yogi, Steve and Barry’s, H&R Block, Fed Ex Kinko’s, Cost Cutters, Peerless, Asian Buffet, Beans and Brews, LA Weightloss, and many others.
She has also been involved in marketing the properties, cold calling to procure Tenants and promote the center, as well as assisting in Sales. Lori continues to work with many of the industry’s leading retailers: Target, Best Buy, Cabela’s, Regis Corporation, CSK Auto, Key Bank and many others. She will also continue to represent Landlords throughout the West such as: Smith Brubaker Haacke, The Boyer Company, Soleco, Amsource, Four Square Properties, Equiwest Development, Red Mountain Retail Group, Armech Development and Construction and many more.
Lori was a part of Tim Simonsen’s team and assisted him in 2005 when he was recognized as the #1 agent in the world for Coldwell Banker Commercial, as well as the #1 Top Producer in the Western Region and the #1 Sales associate for the State of Utah. She was also a part of his team in 2006 when he was recognized as the #2 agent in the world, Western Region and Utah.
