Phil Dunn is an experienced retail and industrial investment specialist with over 25 years experience. Mr. Dunn has acquired, leased, developed or sold over 10 million square feet. He is a trusted commercial real estate advisor to many national and international clients. Phil earned the ICSC Certified Development Professional designation and is a magna cum laude graduate of University of Utah. He is a licensed broker in a number of states and specializes in distressed property acquisition and redevelopment.
Phil has a background in teaching and banking. He consults in the industry as a sales trainer. He currently resides in Park City, Utah with his wife and two daughters. His team partner is David Winnie.
