Mr. Fugal specializes in the sale and leasing of office properties, representing corporate tenants on a local, regional and national basis. Since 1991, Mr. Fugal has negotiated transactions in nearly every major office park along the Wasatch Front, in addition to nationwide disposition assignments.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1998, he was a senior associate at Grubb & Ellis|Wallace Associates, as well as Vice President of Utah Realty Group. Mr. Fugal has exclusively represented such companies as Charles Schwab, Novell, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, Franklin Covey, EDS, Northwestern Mutual Life, SBC Communications, MyFamily.com and Northwestern Mutual Life, to name a few.

Brandon also represents more office projects than any other agent in Utah, including RiverPark Corporate Center, Canyon Park Technology Center, The Pointe, Union Heights, The Towers at South Towne, Lake Pointe Corporate Centre, Minuteman Office Park, Canyon Park Technology Center, Sandy City Centre and Gateway Technology Park. Mixed-use freeway accessible projects represented by Mr. Fugal include the Pleasant Grove I-15 Interchange (200 acres), Thanksgiving Point (125 acres) and Station Park in Farmington (65 acres).

Recognized as an authority in commercial real estate, Mr. Fugal has been interviewed and featured in the Wall Street Journal, Money Magazine, Utah Business and the Commercial Property News. Brandon’s focus on customer service and client relationships makes him one of the most qualified commercial real estate professionals in the region.

Brandon is currently a director with Coldwell Banker Commercial Corporate Services nationally, and is a prominent speaker and presenter on a national level. During the past twenty-four months, Brandon has closed over 140 major transactions and leased over 1.4 million square feet. His personal transaction volume in the past 12 months is approximately $200 million. Brandon was recently ranked the #1 agent Internationally for Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2006.
