Jennifer joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2006 and quickly gained a reputation among clients and colleagues as being detail oriented and client focused. As part of one of Coldwell Banker Commercial’s top producing teams, Jennifer works behind the scenes managing deals and ensuring a smooth transacation from start to finish.
Jennifer’s main responsibilities include managing all marketing activities associated with each listing ( i.e. newspaper ads, broker email blasts, mailers, web-based advertising, etc.). Jennifer also opens and coordinates all escrow activities, creates a timeline highlighting important dates in the REPC as well as a contact list of all pertinent parties involved in each transaction. Jennifer ensures that each client receives frequent updates regarding the status of their property (i.e. marketing efforts, prospective buyers/tenants, etc.).
Whether working with tenants, landlords, investors or developers, Jennifer brings to the table ambition and a strong work ethic in accomplishing the goals of all parties involved. Jennifer is a multi-talented team member who prides herself in offering superior customer service to each client with a continuous positive attitude. Establishing a reliable, working relationship with each client is always her end goal.
Jennifer graduated from Utah State University earning a Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis in Journalism and Communication and Women and Gender Studies. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys skiing and hiking with her dog.
