Adrienne joined Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in the summer of 2005. She is a graduate of the University of Utah, where she earned her bachelors degree in Business Finance in 2002. Shortly after graduation, she obtained her real estate license and has been actively involved in the real estate industry since that time. She worked as a Lease Administrator with Finmarc Properties in Bethesda, Maryland with the responsibility of overseeing the leases of more than 50 retail shopping centers, including 450+ tenants in the greater Washington DC area. Her experience there has provided her with an understanding of the different facets of a retail lease.
Adrienne assists Stuart Thain in representing major tenants and landlords across Utah, Idaho, Wyoming and Montana. She has worked closely with many developers and landlords, including CenterCal Properties, The Boyer Company, Johansen-Thackeray, Liljenquist Properties, Ball Ventures and Eagle Pointe Financial.
She is responsible for the coordination of information and effectively communicates between landlords and many local and national retailers. Adrienne is involved in the representation of tenants including Limited Brands, Christopher & Banks, Barnes & Noble, Costco, Ross Stores, DSW, Smoky Mountain Pizza and Mimi’s Café. Adrienne has also been involved in distributing marketing materials for the projects and contacting prospective tenants.
