Troy came to Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2003 after working for Phillips Edison, a national retail real estate development company. As an in-house leasing agent, Troy worked extensively with national tenants throughout the western United States focusing on the redevelopment of major shopping complexes.
With the valuable experience gained at Phillips Edison, Troy joined Coldwell Banker Commercial as a retail leasing specialist where he serves clients with a unique mix of in-depth market knowledge, construction background and commitment to servicing client needs. At Coldwell Banker, Troy works with numerous commercial investors, developers and retailers in site selection, development of raw ground and leasing of existing properties.
Troy attended the University of Utah and Weber State University where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management. This background has proved to be another major asset to clients as Troy has a working knowledge of all phases of the construction process allowing him to accurately estimate tenant improvement costs and understand building code and zoning requirements.
