Kevin began his real estate career in the mortgage industry in 2003 where he learned the many different details of the financial side of Real Estate. After two years in the mortgage industry he earned his Utah Real Estate license and began pursuing a career in the commercial real estate business.
In August 2005 he joined Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT as a licensed assistant. He has gained great knowledge of all aspect in the commercial real estate business including: tenant representation, commercial development, residential and commercial land sales, landlord representation and marketing.
Since 2005 Kevin has been heavily involved with the redevelopment of the Valley Fair Mall in Salt Lake City, Utah. His involvement includes: procuring new tenants, and working with the owners in the redevelopment and marketing of a Regional Mall. Kevin has worked with tenants and landords in Utah, Idaho and Montana.
Kevin joined Rich Robins and Steve Bowler in January 2008. Since then he has been involved with projects such as: Draper Peaks, Eaglewood Village and many others. Kevin's goals are to create a stong relationship with his clients and to bring them the most up to date and most reliable information possible.
