With more than twenty years experience in Commercial real estate, Art understands the intricacies of each transaction. One of the aspects of the industry that Art finds most rewarding is the many personal friendships that have developed as a result.
Art has been with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT and Prime Commercial for the duration of his career in Commercial real estate. His experience includes assemblage, zoning and entitlement, tenant representation, sale/lease of retail and office properties, and project development from the ground up.

• Built 12 buildings for the State of Utah
• Austin, Texas - 65-acre Cabela’s-anchored retail development
• Helena, Montana - American Home Entertainment retail development
• Victor, Idaho – 20-acre retail development
• Mitchell, South Dakota – 32-acre retail development
• Bountiful, Utah – ground assemblage for 32-acre Costco-anchored retail development
• Salt Lake City, Utah - Sale of largest motorcycle dealership in Intermountain area
In 2006, Art was honored to become a member of Coldwell Banker’s Circle of Distinction, which represents Coldwell Banker’s highest level of performance. He is a CCIM candidate, and is currently completing coursework and testing for his Broker’s license.
