Josh became involved in Commercial Real Estate in 2004. With experience in retail, office, industrial, sales and leasing, Josh is rapidly building a broad base of knowledge in all areas of commercial real estate. His expertise in preparing marketing packages and materials as well as representing a variety of commercial real estate users is an invaluable asset to the Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT real estate team.
Josh graduated with a degree in marketing from the University of Utah. Josh has worked as an assistant to Art Lafeber for three years. He was a part of Art Lafeber’s team and assisted him in 2004, 2005, 2006 when he achieved platinum level circle of Distinction for Coldwell Banker Commercial. Josh has excellent customer service skills and is dedicated to establishing a long term career in commercial real estate.
