Howard has over 25 years of broad based experience in the real estate industry. He has worked in real estate development, management, and has owned and operated a commercial real estate consulting and appraisal business. During the past 10 years he has specialized in the brokerage of investment, land, office, and special use properties, along with providing market studies and real estate advisory services. Within the past several years he has provided brokerage services for a number of resort properties, land developers, residential developments, government leased properties (GSA, BLM, USFS, USPS), retail and office complexes, and industrial users.
In addition to brokerage services he oversees advisory services such as: valuations; work-out strategies; financial feasibility analysis; market studies; lease vs. own analysis; and highest and best studies. Howard has earned the three most prestigious real estate designations in the industry - CRE, MAI, & CCIM - demonstrating commitment, knowledge, and experience. During the past few years he has been appointed by his peers to lead several of the premier commercial real estate organizations in Utah. He is also a past recipient of the “Utah CCIM of the Year” award. As a result he is well connected with a broad base network of contacts and information sources. In 2007 Howard was asked to assist in the management of the Salt Lake City office as a managing director.
In an office of over 90 commercial agents he oversees education and training for the company, recruiting, tools & resources, advisory services and general management duties.
