Gary Mangum joined Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in 2001 as Managing Director and Principal Broker. With more than 27 years of experience in the areas of real estate development, acquisition, syndication, brokerage, leasing and property management, he was an excellent choice to lead the Coldwell team.
He began his real estate career in Houston, Texas with the Golder Corporation, and then joined Regency Securities as a co-founder and Principal Broker. Prior to opening the Salt Lake City Coldwell office, Gary worked with Prime Commercial as the company’s Principal Broker, Vice President and development partner, where he was responsible for managing the development and brokerage activities for the firm on a nationwide basis. He was the managing member and development partner for a number of OfficeMax, Barnes & Noble and Gart Sports projects through the United States. He is a member of ICSC and is an Advisory Board Member of the Utah CCIM Chapter.
Under Gary’s leadership, the Salt Lake City office of Coldwell Banker Commercial has been awarded the number one office award on a global basis for the past four consecutive years.
