Norm has been involved in commercial real estate investments, management and brokerage for over 20 years. His breadth of experience includes significant consulting and brokerage projects for the Jordan School District, the State of Utah, Best Buy and many other individual property owners and investors. Norm also worked with the State of Utah in the Division of Facilities Construction and Management’s Real Estate Group, with primary responsibility for facilities leased statewide by several State departments including Human Services, the State of Utah’s largest leased-office user.
His experience on both sides of the table afford his clients unique insight and perspective. Representing a variety of office, industrial, retail and investment clients in both sale and lease transactions has given Norm a solid grasp of all property types as well as a variety of perspectives on real estate development and investing. In 1998 he earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, the most respected and prestigious designation in commercial real estate. Since then he has remained very active in the Utah CCIM Chapter, which promotes best practices and advanced education opportunities in commercial real estate. He has served as its 2004 & 2007 Chapter President. Norm has the kind of experience and expertise that brings tremendous value to his clients.
