Andy Moffitt began his career in commercial real estate with Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2007. Andy worked for 9 months as a Real Estate Analyst on Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Research and Data team. During his time as a commercial real estate analyst, Andy studied and researched the retail, industrial, and land disciplines for Coldwell Banker Commercial.
Andy has a reputation for paying close attention to details. He has a great work ethic and a wonderful ability to communicate with people. It’s these qualities that help assure that his clients are fully informed during each step of a transaction.
Andy is proficient at assembling site information, implementing marketing tactics, and creating specific market and sub-market statistics. All of these skills culminate in Andy’s ability to interpret and utilize the information to achieve his clients’ goals.
Andy graduated from the University of Utah and received a B.A. degree in Finance from the David Eccles School of Business. His personal interests include golfing, hiking, and boating.
