Tyson Moore graduated from Brigham Young University with a Business Management bachelor's degree and a 3.8 GPA from the Marriott School of Management. Through his education and training, Tyson possesses extensive financial and analytical skill sets that have proved invaluable in the commercial real estate industry. Tyson specializes in retail tenant representation, and has exclusively represented several national and local tenants in their expansion in the local market including the following: Shari's Restaurant, Kneader's Bakery & Cafe, Ulta, Sweet Tooth Fairy, Smith's Fuel Center's, Corner Bakery, Burger King (Blue Mountain Restaurant Group), Snap Fitness, and many others. Tyson also has extensive experience working on property listings and real estate transactions with the following notable developers: Wadsworth Development Group, Raddon Development, Ball Ventures, Boyer Company, Developers Diversified Realty, General Growth, and Ivory. Tyson also specializes in the investment sales of retail-oriented properties, including large scale, anchored shopping centers.
Despite the national recession and the challenging real estate market of the last year, Tyson assisted in commercial real estate transactions totaling $13,170,000 in 2009. Also in 2009, Tyson finished in the top twenty highest producing agents for Utah's Coldwell Banker Commercial offices (over 100 agents). Additionally, Tyson was awarded the annual Steven Bogden CCIM scholarship award for 2009, which is awarded to an agent committed to excellence in investment sales.
