Experience Dave has been involved in the Real estate industry since 1992. His experience includes ownership/senior vice president of one of the largest privately held mortgage banking companies in the nation. He was involved in the expansion of offices ranging from Hawaii to Boston. When the company was sold, production was around $650 million a month, with a servicing portfolio in excess of $3 billion. After mortgage banking he went into real estate development. Dave’s first project was one of the first office condo projects in the Salt Lake valley totaling 60,000 square feet. He is still involved in the project as an owner/landlord of several of the units. Dave joined the Salt Lake office of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in January 2006. Dave’s experience in many aspects of the real estate industry positions him as a great asset to any individual or company in need of representation.
