Randy has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, managing large portfolios and providing advisory services for both institutional and corporate clients. His senior management positions include Divisional Asset Manager with AEGON USA Realty and Senior Vice President of Jones Lang LaSalle.
Randy has managed both local and regional management offices in Salt Lake City and Atlanta. His international experience included Executive Director responsibilities in Brazil and was responsible for all South America operations of Jones Lang LaSalle. As part of his new business responsibilities in Brazil, Randy negotiated several corporate facility management assignments. These included HSBC Bank in Argentina and the entire CITIBANK portfolio in six countries of South America. His career supervisory and leadership responsibilities include over 40 million square feet of commercial and corporate property.
He is also highly skilled in leasing and has negotiated hundreds of commercial leases with major companies including Staples, Equitable Life, NCR, Nordstrom, ACE Hardware, and United Technologies.
Randy holds a BA degree in Finance from the University of Utah and the CPM designation from IREM. He served as the 1995 Utah IREM Chapter President. Under his leadership, the Utah Chapter was awarded the prestigious National Chapter of the Year award. He is the recipient of several honors, including several National Top Producer awards and the National Property Manager of the Year Award from Jones Lang LaSalle.
