Andrew joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2008 after having worked several years in the sales and marketing industry. He quickly obtained his real estate license and began working with one of Coldwell Banker Commercial's Vice Presidents and top producing office agents, Lora Munson, CCIM.
Andrew has spent his entire real estate career specializing in both Landlord and tenant representation of office buildings throughout the Wasatch Front. For over 3 years Andrew has been intimately involved in office space leasing and has been a vital part in helping manage and facilitate hundreds of lease transactions. His personal clientelle is rapidly expanding to include a list of companies whose total combined occpancy is over 100,000 SF of office space. Andrew has demonstrated his ability to use his market knowledge and creative thinking to help his clients find solutions and reach their goals. Andrew is also a critical component to the team's business development strategy as he maintains a database of over 2500 office tenants.
Andrew was married in 2011 and enjoys taking advantage of Utah's
great out doors as often as possible. He spends his free time golfing,
wakeboarding, playing basketball, camping and taking his dogs to the
park.
