John has a broad knowledge of Office, land and retail development. His experience includes tenant representation, owner representation, property management, property development, construction financing and bridge loans financing.
John has been involved with several large scale developments and has secured and provided the financing for the projects. He was the managing partner of the 250 million dollar master planned RiverPark Corporate Center and was responsible for all development activities associated with the 100 acre project. John represents and is a partner in the 125 acre Thanksgiving Park development currently under construction.
Recent tenant representation includes HealthEquity, Wingateweb, Agel Enterprises, Thermoworks, Farm Bureau Insurance, Corner Bakery Cafe, 4xIsland and Security States Mortgage. He is involved in the community and has served on several boards including the Salt Lake Buzz Baseball Board.
John and his wife Tammy are the parents of 4 children and he enjoys coaching his children’s football, baseball and basketball teams.
