Mr. Petty began his real estate career in 1992 after graduating from Brigham Young University with a degree in Business Management, emphasizing finance and real estate development. Specializing in the sale and leasing of office properties, Doug represents both landlords and tenants and has negotiated transactions in many national markets and in nearly every major office park in Utah along the Wasatch Front.
Mr. Petty joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1999 and is involved in the development, leasing, and sales of office properties throughout the United States. Doug has provided financial analyses of lease and purchase alternatives for major developers and institutions, and has been recognized as an authority in evaluating facilities requirements for a multitude of national organizations.

In addition to representing the needs of corporate clients, he also represents many of the most prestigious office parks and landlords in the Utah office market including RiverPark Corporate Center, The Towers at South Towne, Riverwoods Business Park, Canyon Park Technology Center, and The Woodlands.
