Scott Roberts began his commercial real estate career after serving for 22 years as an officer and fighter pilot in the United States Air Force, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. The professionalism and dedication to service he gained in the military and as a result of his master’s degree in business is now being put to use for his clients. His extensive knowledge of the local market allows him to provide sound business and financial insight for both local and national companies. He established as a significant producer early when awarded the Coldwell Banker Commercial, NRT Rookie of the Year Award, and through acceptance to the Coldwell Banker Commercial, NRT’s Circle of Distinction.
Scott has orchestrated multiple large commercial property investment transactions, has facilitated numerous tax deferred (1031) property exchanges, and has become quite knowledgeable in multiple ownership structures and their consequent implications upon eventual sale. Scott works hard for his clients and is committed to their long-term success by helping them achieve their real estate goals.
He graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, and received his Masters in Business Administration cum laude from the University of Alaska, Anchorage.
