Over his career as an industrial and investment real estate specialist, Randy Ross has established himself as a top producer at Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT. His hard work and adept negotiating skills have translated into the successful closing of transactions for a diverse range of clientele.
He has been active in the commercial/industrial real estate industry for 10-years. His experience as an industrial and investment specialist provides a comprehensive understanding of how to structure, market, and close sales and leasing transactions in a quick and professional manner. Randy has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT since 2002. Prior to accepting his position with Coldwell Banker Commercial, NRT, Randy was affiliated with Mansell Commercial Real Estate Services and Simons-Ross Real Estate. Upon completing his first year with Mansell Commercial, he was recognized as “Agent Of the Year”.
As a graduate of Brigham Young University Randy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis in marketing, economics and accounting. Randy also earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation as a graduate of the CCIM Institute. The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon completion a graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience. The curriculum addresses: financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis – the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member graduate, Randy is recognized as an expert in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment analysis.
