Sherry is a highly respected and performance driven real estate professional with extensive commercial portfolio experience. Born and raised in Idaho, Sherry brings a wealth of local market knowledge and expertise. She most recently served as co-founder and principal of Hume Schoen Commercial Real Estate. As such, she was responsible for the creation, vision and overall management of the commercial brokerage. Sherry developed all aspects of the organization's marketing and business development initiatives.
Sherry's past positions include Director of Leasing, Sales and Marketing with Gardner Ahlquist Development where she was responsible for successfully leasing over 700,000 square feet of mixed-use development and played a key leadership role in business strategy, revenue growth, and strategic partner negotiations. Prior to Gardner Ahlquist Development, she was a top-producing broker with Grubb & Ellis Idaho Commercial Group specializing in retail and office including landlord and tenant representation, development services, site assemblage, acquisition and disposition of commercial properties.
Sherry brings a long history of corporate experience and information technology background, including fourteen years with Hewlett Packard in various positions such as development, program management and senior level management.
