Cameron Simonsen began his career in commercial real estate at age 18 when he was hired by Prime Commercial to be a Retail Database Specialist. In this position he learned much about real estate market throughout the Intermountain West. By age 19, Cameron received his real estate license. After a two year break for a service mission in the Western Canadian Arctic, Cameron was hired by Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT where he is assisting Stuart Thain with real estate transactions across the country.
Cameron has been instrumental in leasing many of the top shopping centers throughout the Intermountain West for: Fourels Investments, The Boyer Company, PEG Development, Ball Ventures, Eagle Pointe Financial, Johansen Thackeray, and many others. Tenants such as Chili’s, The Sports Club Company, Dunkin’ Brands, Macaroni Grill, The Oceanaire, On the Border, GNC, etc. have relied on Cameron to represent them with their site selection in multiple states.
Since Cameron started working with Stuart Thain, he has focused on retail sales and leasing transactions. He has been very involved in cold calling to procure tenants, marketing company listings, and assisting in sales. His research across the country and computer skills for Landlords & Tenants alike has proven to be very beneficial in making deals.
