Geoff Smart has specialized in commercial property, development consulting, leasing and investments since 1984. His talents include twenty-two years of diverse and extensive experience. He has experience as on of Utah’s top commercial and investment brokers and has a strong background in construction, finance, environmental issues, and building operations. Geoff was previously associated with two of Salt Lake’s premier commercial real estate brokerages (where he was consistently the top office building division producer) and in 1998 he joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier as Senior Vice President, again as a consistent top producer.
