Erin provides the marketing materials and research for both Stuart Thain and Zach Beaudry. Her position includes preparing and updating data for marketing packages (for both tenants and listed properties), property flyers, and site plans. Erin designs mailers, brochures, and prepares a variety of documents to further expand the resources available for our clients. She also assists in administrative duties for Stuart and Zach.
Erin coordinates with our mapping department, data department, graphics department, etc. so that we may offer the most accurate promotional materials and information.
By preparing demographic studies, researching regional information, and compiling a variety of property information, she prepares marketing brochures for current and future tenants. She also tracks tenant changes and information about prospective locations through our software program Propensa. Erin documents the marketing and tenant information for each property that we have listed as well. This includes recording and updating information on the status of prospective retail tenants. Erin strives to continually update our information so that our clients can make informed decisions.
