Chris Stevens joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2008. Before joining Coldwell Chris worked for NAI Utah on their corporate services team. Chris received a degree in Political Science from Westminster College in 2008. He has a strong ability to understand complex issues relative to land, including, title, deed restrictions, easements, zoning, surveys, and basic property rights. He works on acquisitions, dispositions, and consulting projects across the North America. Chris is an account manager, largely dedicated to the LDS Church account. Since joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, Chris has completed over 160 transactions.
