Ross White began his commercial real estate career in 1998 after serving in the management of several top hotel companies such as Four Seasons Hotels, Embassy Suites and Hilton Hotels. With an Economics major from The University of Utah, Ross joined Westfield Properties; a Salt Lake City based commercial real estate management and leasing company. In his three years with Westfield Properties, Ross was their top leasing agent specializing in retail leasing and management, with a transaction portfolio of over $5,000,000 in leasing and overseeing in excess of 400,000 square feet of commercial retail space in the Salt Lake valley.
In an attempt to expand their retail leasing division, Coldwell Banker Commercial offered Ross a position in their Retail Services Group in the fall of 2000. Over the years, Ross’ expertise has included successful assignments in office leasing, tenant improvements, the construction and development of office and retail properties and representation of both landlords and tenants. In the past two years with Coldwell Banker Commercial, Ross has completed over $30,000,000 in transactions in 13 different states, concentrating on tenant representation. As a member of the National Retail Group for Coldwell Banker Commercial, Ross is part of an exclusive broker network that only works with the best of the best of the Coldwell Banker Commercial offices throughout the country.
