Steve White brings over 30 years of solid experience in the real estate management industry, with other core skills in tenant relations, marketing, leasing, and construction management. He currently serves a Senior Property Manager with Coldwell Banker Commercial and is responsible for a significant portfolio of downtown office and suburban retail properties.
His extensive knowledge and depth of experience in the commercial real estate industry provides property owners with a diverse range of disciplines and creative solutions to maximize the asset value of their investment.
Steve entered the real estate business in 1970 managing trust properties, and became a principal broker in 1977. Since that time, his extensive experience includes the management of high-rise office towers, retail centers and industrial properties for institutional owners and local investors. Having worked for many years with local and national tenants, attorneys, vendors and contractors, Steve has emerged as an exceptional problem solver and has accomplished great success in performing under tight time frames and rigid budget constraints.
His previous work experience includes property management and leasing in Denver with Van Schaack & Company and Realty Holding Group in Las Vegas. Steve served as a regional operating executive in Salt Lake City for Murdock Management Company of Los Angeles, and the Del E. Webb Realty & Management Company of Phoenix. He was a Vice-President of Management Operations & Marketing for the local firms of Highline Property Management & later Colliers Property Management, and also served as President of Colliers Consolidated Realty Management Group.
Steve has been active in community activities and numerous real estate industry organizations, including the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and Building Owners and Managers Institute International (BOMI). He holds both the CPM designation from IREM and the RPA designation from BOMA. He also attended the University of Utah, with an emphasis in accounting.
